Strongest Lightweight Woman in the World 2018

3 x Lightweight England's Strongest Woman

I have been working with Robyn now for well over a year. She has helped me considerably over that time to make sure I am in peak condition coming into any competition. The amount of times I have gone in to see her, with minimal range of movement and pain, especially with a reoccurring injury through the sport, and can come out able to walk pain free again and demonstrate the most basic of exercises which would normally cause me a lot of discomfort.

I see Robyn once a week for lots of pain from her elbows and acupuncture needles... and would not change this for the world.

Thank you Robyn, for keeping me in the game!

Katie

Olympic Weightlifter and retired GB Gymnast

Alongside helping to ease all my general aches and pains, Robyn plays a crucial role in ensuring I am in peak condition for any upcoming Olympic Weightlifting competitions.

Through her use of various practices such as sports massage, acupuncture, and cupping I always walk out of my sessions feeling more mobile and relaxed - I know I’m in the best hands!

As well as being extremely knowledgeable and professional Robyn’s friendly and welcoming nature continually makes me feel comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatment, and would highly recommend her. Thanks so much Robyn!

Primary School Teacher

I just wanted to let you know that the massage/ acupuncture treatment I had with you a couple of weeks ago, at Winchester Pilates, has made an amazing difference to my neck.

I can turn my neck properly to the right with no restriction, which I hadn't been able to do since my accident 2 years ago, and no nerve pain any more. I can't quite believe it!

British Masters National Champion V35 2015 over 1500m

Robyn plays a vital role in my recovery and ongoing maintenance to enable me to compete competitively both locally and nationally.

Robyn understands the key areas which are affected, as my schedule involves running 70 miles a week, which is demanding on the body. By regularly seeing Robyn I have been able to keep training.

In the lead-up to key races in the Autumn of 2014, I saw Robyn who focused on key areas to help my muscles recover and to keep me flexible. I believe this helped me to running personal bests of 54.17 for 10 miles and 72.01 for the Half Marathon. Both times were in big races where I finished in the top 10, also winning the team prize.

UK Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) Events Runner

Robyn is an expert in her field of soft tissue massage. I've used her several times to help resolve calf cramps, back pain caused by tight hamstrings, and forearm pain during training.

Her treatments have helped me complete some of the toughest UK OCR events, and I'll definitely be using her services during training for the European and World OCR championships.

Can't recommend her enough.

tim

Industry Sector Manager

As a corporate account manager, I spend 90% of my working week either driving or sitting at a desk.  Following a lower back injury in early 2014, it became apparent that my posture (or lack of it) was giving me pain and affecting my ability to be comfortable for longer journeys. It was also affecting my ability to weight train, and do Jiu-Jitsu.

After visiting a chiropractor it was suggested that I follow up his treatment with remedial massage and stretching to mobilise my back and increase my flexibility.

I visited Robyn and she did some tests to understand where I needed work. After a few different techniques and a few sessions I started to see an improvement in my flexibility and pain levels.

Since visiting Robyn and completing a programme of massage with her I have no problems with my back. I am now back to training full speed and traveling up and down the country in comfort.

I would highly recommend Robyn for any massage work, not only was she very pleasant the whole time, but her massage was also highly effective.
